All rates & supplements are on net on USD currency and non-commissionable.
Your reservation will be confirmed once the full payment is settled prior to your arrival.
Cancellation Policy: Less than 15 days prior to arrival, 50% will be charged from the total bill.
Less than 7 days prior to arrival & no show, 100% will be charged from the total bill.
Rate won’t be applicable for existing bookings. All rates are subject to revision.
Above rates are inclusive of Taxes and Service Charge.
Check-in / Check-out Policy: Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 Noon. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
Guests will be responsible for any damages caused to resort property during their stay.
Any amendments to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may result in rate changes.
Payments can be made via bank transfer or approved payment methods.
Parking – Available, but guests park at their own risk.
Pets are not allowed.
Driver accommodation will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Kindly coordinate with the Front Office team to avoid any inconvenience or misunderstandings.
Breakfast serves from 6:30 am to 9:30 am
Lunch serves from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm
Dinner is served from 7:30 pm to 10:00 pm.
Room Holds & Allocation – Rooms are not placed on hold during the initial inquiry. Reservations are made by room category, with specific room allocation subject to availability upon arrival.
Corkage Fees – Spirits: LKR 15,000 per bottle, Wine & Champagne: LKR 5,500 per bottle. Alcohol consumption from outside sources is prohibited on dry days.
